After founding, operating, and exiting multiple successful startups, Naj decided to join the team at Noize to build his knowledge in a space that has always been so important to his success. As an entrepreneur, he would usually rely on a marketing agency to coordinate his businesses marketing efforts, and was always very intrigued by the industry and marketing practices. After a chance meeting with one of the directors and learning a little bit about Noize Agency and what we do, Naj couldn’t say no to an opportunity to work with one of Australia’s only full-service marketing agencies!

Thy’s experience comprises approximately 18 months’ experience in graphic design, where she has developed a solid foundation of skills and knowledge of the profession. Steph is a creative at heart, and in 2020 during covid, she decided to steer from her  legal career path and study and pursue a creative career in design. 

Steph has a true passion for branding, and not just a logo; it’s the research, conceptual thinking, making those design choices that really tell a story and to see the entire branding package come together with all the bits and pieces, like the typography, brand patterns, etc really excite her! Steph also brings her love for mixing sketching and digital illustration into her work.
