Project Reactivation Request
At NOIZE®, we’re committed to delivering exceptional outcomes—but to do so, we rely on timely communication, clear expectations, and mutual accountability. If a project becomes dormant (paused or inactive for a prolonged period), it places pressure on our production timelines, resources, and team scheduling.
To maintain clarity, fairness, and a high standard of delivery across all clients, we require this form to be completed before we recommence work on any dormant project. No work will resume until the form is submitted and reviewed.
By completing this form:

You acknowledge that the delay may require rescoping, reprioritisation, or reallocation of resources.

You agree to any applicable reactivation fees, which are determined at NOIZE’s discretion depending on the scale of disruption and time elapsed.

You confirm your active commitment to collaborate and respond in a timely manner to ensure successful project delivery.

You acknowledge that failure to respond once reactivated may again result in project suspension or cancellation, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
