Changes & Revisions

Understanding Our Change Policy

At Noize, we want your experience with us to be seamless and deliver the best results. Our change policy is designed to ensure clarity, efficiency, and ultimately, a final product you love. Here's why this policy benefits both of us:

  • Open Communication: The policy encourages clear, consolidated feedback, saving time and ensuring we accurately understand your complete vision.

  • Streamlined Process: A defined process allows us to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and staying within your budget.

  • Your Satisfaction: The included revision round ensures we fully address your feedback, creating a final product aligned with your goals.

Our Change Policy

We value your input and want to ensure a smooth project experience. To clarify our process, please note the following change policy:

  • Included Revision: Each project includes one complimentary round of revisions to address your feedback.

  • Review Period: You have a 7-day review period from the initial delivery date to provide feedback. Projects without feedback within this period will be considered approved and closed.

  • Accessing Your Work:  You will receive a direct link to access your deliverables within the app, via email, or SMS.

  • Consolidated Feedback: For maximum efficiency, please provide all changes in a single, consolidated communication (email, message, or phone call). This helps us accurately implement your requests. Fragmented feedback may incur additional charges.

  • Account Manager Support: If you have questions about providing feedback, your dedicated account manager is available for guidance.

  • Additional Revisions: If you require revisions beyond the initial round, we can accommodate them for a fee of either 10% of the total project cost or $200 (whichever is greater).

Commitment to Your Satisfaction

Our goal is to deliver work that meets and exceeds your expectations. If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us directly.
